7th Annual Magic of Metals
George Campbell Memorial Bowling Event
Saturday, February 27, 2010 - Come Share the Magic!
Dear Magic of Metals Participant - Supporter:
We are looking forward to your participation in our 7th annual Magic of Metals - George Campbell Memorial Bowling Tournament, in support of The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada to be held on Saturday February 27, 2010 at Classic Bowl in Mississauga, Ontario (directions below).
Registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. The bowling event will begin at 7:00 p.m. We hope that, as in the past, the evening will be an enjoyable and fun filled affair culminating in a significant donation to the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada.
Entry fee into the tournament will be $50.00 per person. This covers 3 games of bowling, shoe and ball rental. The tournament format will be based on individuals and teams of 4 people competing against each other. This format makes it ideal for 8 friends to participate at 2 adjoining lanes and enjoy an evening out together.
We will also be holding numerous Raffles, Draw prize contests and a Silent Auction.
We are also seeking lane sponsorships for $ 100.00. Anyone sponsoring a lane will receive a sign, complete with their company name and logo, posted at a lane.
Wwe encourage you to complete our pre-registration form as soon as possible and return to the Magic of Metals. We anticipate a strong turnout to this year's event and suggest your earliest confirmation of your attendance, either by completion of the pre-registration form or by telephone to Orlando Tesolin at 905-639-1655.
We hope that the evening will be truly "Magical" and look forward to re-connecting with old friends and making new acquaintances. Your earliest response, regarding both your team participation and lane sponsorship would be appreciated.
